Due to the most recent spike in the COVID Pandemic and updated restrictions by State Health Officials, the Pismo Beach Police Department had to make the tough decision of canceling this year's Thanksgiving Dinner. After 37 years of hosting this great event for our community, we are heartbroken. Fortunately, we were able to partner with the U-Pick Pantry at New Life Pismo (NLCC) to distribute about 90 turkeys to families in need. We'd like to thank NLCC for their partnership and we'd like to wish you and your family a happy and healthy holiday.
Happy Fourth of July! These pictures were at 2pm today. Families are enjoying the beach responsibly. We would like to thank those that chose to stay home this weekend. Be safe, stay well, and remember there are no fireworks permitted anywhere in Pismo Beach.
