Fumigation Update: Due to a delay with the Gas Company reconnecting our gas line, PBAC will be without hot water Monday, November 30. We will postpone all lap pool reservations and shower access until Tuesday, December 1.... PBAC will remain open Monday with our regularly scheduled outdoor classes and pickleball, so make your reservation on the Mindbody App and work off that Thanksgiving feast with a class on the grass. LAP POOL UPDATE | Effective Nov. 30th

Due to the soggy condition of our group fitness studio...a.k.a. the lawn, Steppin' Up, BodyPump, and BodyFlow will be canceled today. We encourage all members who are missing class to sign-up for "Open Gym Access" on the Mindbody App. Cycle class is still a go, so have a great ride with Stephanie! Sneak-a-Smile Member Spotlight . . . You can usually find this guy, Tall Paul on the Pickleball Courts but today he mixed up his cardio routine and enjoyed the pool after his strength training session... Go Paul Go!!

Did your cycle class get rained out this week? If so, we have some good news for you! We're adding Cycle RPM to the schedule this Friday at 9:15am with Shawna Elms. Sign-ups available through the Mindbody App. What is Cycle RPM? Cycle RPM is a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints, and flat riding.

When it rains, it pours. We recently found trace amounts of termite damage to the club, and since we've been forced to shut down indoor activities, we are taking advantage of the downtime and fumigating the building. Pismo Beach Athletic Club will be closed for termite fumigation from Tuesday, November 24 - Sunday, November 29. ... Since we will not have restrooms or the ability to check-in members, all facilities will be closed including the lap pool, pickleball, and outdoor classes. We wish you all the very best and have a fantastic Thanksgiving! We will see you back at the club Monday, November 30th. The PBAC Team
