Good afternoon FB Family. Tax season is here and as always Pinnacle Tax Service is ready for you! The first day to e-file is January 28th, however you can come in any time and prepare your return so it can be e-filed at it's earliest opportunity. We are receiving a lot of calls regarding the new tax laws and how they will impact your return this year. Please feel free to call or stop by and we will be happy to review your situation. Tax season hours are:... Monday - Friday 9 am - 7 pm Saturday - Sunday 10 am - 3 pm Appointments are encouraged, however drop off's and walk in's are always welcome. This is an excellent article that explains why there is a delay. Hope it answers all of your questions. We are still able to process the return, e-file and get your refund in line to be processed on February 15. We are in the office 9am - 7 pm M-F and 10am - 3pm S-S... I have been asked by so many people that are hearing the rumors of tax refund delays again this year. Sadly, it is true. This is an excellent article explaining why. You can still come in and complete your taxes, and get your return in line, but the refunds will not begin to be distributed until February.
