Holiday Office Closures The holidays are almost here and in anticipation of the busy season, we wanted to let our residents know about our holiday office closures. The Leasing Office will be closed on December 24th, December 25th and January 1st. We hope everyone has a fun and festive season!

Celestial Event Hello Everyone! Let us end the year on a positive note. On December 21 Jupiter and Saturn will appear as if they are on top of each other forming a bright star. Some may even call it a "Christmas Star" because of how bright it will be. Don’t miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime chance to see this conjunction! You won't even need binoculars!... Fun Fact: This conjunction last happened nearly 800 years ago. The next time these two planets align will be in March 2080.

Día de los Muertos Join us in honoring our loved ones who have left us on the last day of Día de los Muertos! Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican & Mexican American tradition celebrating the lives of family and friends who no longer living. Festivities include visiting gravesites to light candles, leave marigolds, and special foods that the deceased enjoyed while living. Let us know in the comments how you plan to celebrate!

Patriot Day Today we solemnly honor and remember all who lost their lives 19 years ago on September 11, 2001. This year we’re reflecting on the bravery and sacrifice of our medical workers and first responders and how they’ve answered the call of duty during our country’s direst times of need. If you have a first responder or medical worker you’d like to recognize and thank we would love to have you share your appreciation for them in the comments below. And for these heroes who call our community home, you have our deepest gratitude!

Pool Reminders Happy Tuesday Everyone! We are so happy everyone is enjoying the pool re-opening. Just as a reminder to all, if you would like to set up a pool reservation please send us an email or give us a call. Pool reservations are for residents only. We are still complying with the CDC guidelines and expect everyone to maintain 6 feet apart from anyone outside of their household.
