Veterans Day is a good time to remember that our freedom isn’t guaranteed. It’s protected by the men and women in our Armed Services. To those who secure our way of life we thank you! #veteransday #military

One of the driving principles of Pettinelli Financial Partners is corporate stewardship. To us, serving as an exemplary corporate citizen means giving back to our local community. To this end, we are proud to announce our partnership with San Carlos Intero Annual Toy Drive benefiting St. Anthony’s and the Padua Dining Room. St. Anthony Church and Padua Dining Room partner with the Menlo Park Fire Department and their Toys for Tots Program. They collect the toys, and volunteer...s from St. Anthony Church distribute them to babies up to 14 years of age. The Firemen join the volunteers on December 24th, firetrucks and all, to distribute toys to about 1,500 children early in the morning. Church volunteers also serve free meals throughout the year at the Padua Dining Room, on Monday through Saturday to about 400 folks in need. On Christmas Day, an especially festive dinner is served, and the children will receive their gifts. Throughout the holiday season, our office will have bins in our lobby for folks to donate unwrapped toys. According to event chairperson Gwen Blewett, Can you just imagine the smiles on the Children’s faces on Christmas morning? I clearly think I am the Winner here...for my smile and heart are beaming! 1. No toy guns or weapons of war will be accepted. 2. Please keep toys unwrapped, so that the children can pick out what they want. 3. Toys must be new. 4. It is hard to find gifts for teenagers, so some people give a gift card from Target. We invite everyone to come by our office for some holiday cheer and drop off their donations. Please contact Alesandra Sanchez at 650 595-4600 or via email to [email protected] for more information.
