What do you call two banks with different rates???....a conflict of interest . . . Don’t mind my bad jokes just trying to keep the mortgage industry young & fun. ... . August was a record month for my team! We helped 5 families purchase their new dream homes and another 10 families save money on their monthly payments. It came out to a total of saving our clients $3,300 a month!!! This is about $1.2 mil total over the life of their loans in one month. That’s an average of $120,000 per family!!
