Recording Recital D1&3 Teens. Our teens. July 2020-May 2021.... Watching them with their masks - dancing on hard floors, taking on new challenges, going always further, surpassing their limits with passion, trying again and again. Realizing they amaze me by who they are and what they do - Shining through it all. Being the teacher and becoming the spectator of their performance. Being the teacher and receiving so much. Thinking this crazy year is coming to an end and wouldn’t have been more creative in another context. Feeling SO proud of them. You did it.

Some of them are getting ready for Sf ballet and we could not be more proud of their achievement. The dancer’s journey is long and being part of it was such a pleasure. Let’s practice the Relevé! This is a classical ballet term meaning raised. It describes the action when a dancer rises up and seemingly is standing on their toes in a Demi-pointe or a fully en pointe like here! #tryandcomment! #relevé
