To Our Customers- There is a lot of anxiety out there right now and the unknown factor is stressful. We want to assure you that one thing you do not have to worry about if you are on a well, is your water supply. Peters’ Drilling will continue to provide service to ensure your water service will continue. What makes this possible is our incredibly hard-working staff who are willing to show up every day and work long hours rain or shine to make sure rural residents have run...ning water. A big thank you to our crew for their hard work, and commitment to the community. While our office will remain open, we do ask that you avoid coming here for any non-necessary visits. We are setup to take payments over the phone and have a full staff that are here to take phone calls to answer any questions you may have about drilling, wells, pumps and filtration. If you need parts, filter media etc., please call ahead, let our front office know what you need and make payment over the phone. When you arrive, you can call to let us know and someone will come out and load the product you purchased. While these extra steps may be inconvenient, we appreciate your help as we work to protect our employees and customers. Again, with all the anxiety out there, please to do not let your well water supply be one of your concerns. Peters’ has been here for you since 1983 and will continue to work to ensure safe, clean drinking water for you and your family through these difficult times. Today marks the 35th anniversary that Peters’ Drilling & Pump Service first opened our doors for business. Back then, the doors were actually the front door to Greg and Marilyn Peters’ home as the original office was a small desk in the corner of their kitchen. Today we have grown into a vastly experienced healthy and solid business- thanks to incredible employees that are more like family and amazingly loyal customers, both of which we thank for all their hard work and s...upport. It is truly amazing what can be built when you bring a team of good people together. A huge thank you to this wonderful community for their business and support over the years, we feel so lucky to be a part of it. Last Saturday we had a chance to celebrate the 35th anniversary with the entire crew and their families; here are a few pictures from the event. A big thanks to Emily's Catering, The Northstar House, Ol' Republic Brewery, Lazy Dog Chocolateria, Amazing Bouncehouse Fun and Mountain Event Productions (and my wife Michelle Oliva Peters for coordinating them all!) for making last Saturday such a great night! 35 years strong! The crew at Peters’ Drilling is struggling like the rest of the community to deal with the loss of the two young men that were taken way too soon. The Nielson family has been part of the Peters’ Drilling family for over 15 years, and as such we have all had the privilege of knowing Tyler Nielson and watching him grow over all these years. Tyler used to chaperon the bounce houses at our company picnics in the summer and would be responsible for sometimes 20 little kids. He ...was always kind, friendly and fun to all of the kids and I know my kids always looked forward to seeing him there. In fact one of my sons has an autographed #5 football that Tyler gave him for his birthday. Everytime I saw Tyler whether it be at one of the company picnics, him stopping by the office or just running into him around town, he always had a big smile on his face, was friendly, kind and seemed mature beyond his years. There are no words to sum up this loss, simply he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to both the Nielson and Gardner families. See more
