THROWBACK THURSDAY // RAIN -- A Tribute to The Beatles 2019 Welcome back! Continuing our series of Throwback Thursdays, we would like to revisit one of our more recent summer concerts from last year. Opening the series in July of 2019, "RAIN -- A Tribute to The Beatles" graced the downtown community with a nostalgic performance of the legendary British rock group. Not only did the group take our audience through a musical journey of The Beatles' library of classic hits, the ...production team at Pershing Square opened the show with a documentary (produced in-house at Pershing Square) detailing the British Invasion and counterculture movement of the 1960s, adding an educational element to the show and bringing context to the performance we were about to witness. Needless to say, the event was a success and proved Pershing Square's commitment to always striving to enhance the audience experience year after year.
