Dear Pegasus Bakery and Cafe Guests, As always, the health, safety and well-being of our team members and guests are our priority. In light of coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, we wanted to let you know that we have increased our already high standards to make our bakery as safe as we can. We are closely following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local governments, and public health agencies. All bakery team members have been trained to uphold a...nd practice the precautionary measures below: 1. We made proper handwashing a priority. 2. We increased frequency of our bakery cleanliness and sanitization procedures: clean and disinfect the counters, cake cabinets and doorknobs every half hour. 3. We made sure any team member feeling sick stays home. 4. We’ve paused sampling in our bakery 5. Our bakery team members wear masks for their safety as well as guests’ safety. 6. We have recently installed sneeze guard protection at our checkout counter. Additionally we made some changes to our bakery operations: 1) New bakery hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m 2) Priority service for senior citizens aged 60 or above from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 3) 10% discount for those working in medical, military, fire, postal and courier services. 4) Popular breads/buns, birthday cakes, crepes, sandwiches, beverages etc. served as usual. 5) Suspend large cake ordering service. Now only 10" or smaller cake orders accepted. 6) Only To-go / Take-out service available. 7) Encourage guests to call us at 916-662-7733 or use WeChat group to place an order before picking up the goods. 8)For the convenience of the community, a small quantity of cleaning and disinfecting products are available for sale at original purchased price. Limited to one supply item per guests, while stock lasts. We are committed to keeping you safe while in our bakery and reassuring you that we are taking added precautions.
