Many of you are asking if we are open. Of course we are! We are doing all of our usual visits via telemedicine at this time. We have one doctor and limited staff in the office each day for the children that need to be examined in person. We see the children in the garden or the back isolation room and it's going well. We have already restarted giving vaccines again as well, so children can be ready to start school in the fall. Vaccines are given in the garden by a staff member in full PPE. Dear families, due to our continued lack of power (including heat and phone and computer access) the office is closed today. We will be monitoring the messages and answering sick calls as cell service allows. We will notify you as soon as we can open.

Dear families, The office will be open on Monday 10/28 for sick visits only. We expect to be out of power. All routine well checks, vaccines and follow ups are CANCELLED. We will have limited computer and phone access. If your child is ill and needs to be seen please leave a message with your child’s name, DOB, the nature of the medical problem and your best call back number. Staff will call back from their cell phones (which will likely show up as a blocked number) to give... you an appointment time. We are here to help even without power! Stay safe everyone. Edited to add: 11:20 Mon AM: We are having trouble even accessing your phone messages. For emergencies please utilize the emergency room. We will return calls as we are able.

As of Wednesday morning, 10/9, the power is still on at the office. We have been working on backup systems with our IT team this summer so that if we do lose power we can still keep communication lines open but it’s not fully operational. If power goes out we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible to calls and emails. Expect traffic delays in Mill Valley today as much of the town has lost power.
