Mixology Cocktail Class led by our very own bartender, Varley! Varley taught members the basics on several classic cocktails as well as Pauma’s Signature Cocktail, the Smokey Sunset. Thank you to Varley as well as all the members who attended!

John Parker brought members an excellent presentation of California VS Oregon Wines! Thank you to everyone who attended, and especially to John Parker for the wonderful evening!

The Chappallet Wine Dinner was a night to remember!! Dominic and Amy Chappallet guided us through several different wines that so perfectly complimented an amazing five-course meal that Chef Juan and his team made for members. Thank you again Dominic and Amy for putting on such a wonderful evening!
