A lot of our health issues are related to how we perceive ourselves and mostly how we believe it to be our truth. I have learned that self worth and self love are the best medicine we have for our biology!

Becoming a doctor has been the longest endeavor I challenged myself this lifetime. This journey taught me to navigate the scholar world and adapt to its high demands of memorization, analysis, constant testings, clinical practices, and complicated and broken health care system. I had to accept becoming a patient myself when I discovered a lump in my own breast a couple years back while in the middle of my four year Master and had to create this parallel universe and learn to ...be still to understand my physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic, psychic bodies needs, in order to find the alignment required to heal from cancer, then surgeries, then treatments while raising my son and working 2 jobs. I experienced first hand the challenges faced as a single mother and a foreigner, without the resources I had access to in the past. I developed an incredible primal sense of what has heart and matter to me and what the meaning of the word 'medicine" means. I became a doctor so I could access to what is relevant to me to practice my craft with confidence and skills. This month, in the middle of this pandemic, this halt of movement, I am graduating and am being granted the honorable title of Doctor Pauline Tiffaillas-Torrey. This is a right of passage I am grateful to reach and I look forward to practicing my craft and providing comfort, education, medical treatments and unconditional presence to my patient in order to guide them toward the recovery of a balanced state of being, and or a preventative state of being in order for them to remain healthy and experience longevity with grace. I look forward to this new chapter of my life. See more
