Had a nice relaxing PoMS night tonight with some beginners yoga and meditation! Much needed for us parents of multiples!

PoMS returns from winter break! Please join us this evening at 7:00 pm at 4000 San Juan Avenue, Conference Room 2. We will be catching up with each other now that the crazy holiday season has finished.

Yesterday our club membership got a little lighter and our hearts significantly heavier as we lost an invaluable long-time member and friend. Elaine has been involved in PoMS for over 40 years, has held every board position except Treasurer (which I will never do), and was our current Parliamentarian, Editor, and National Organization Representative. She was the glue that helps to hold our club together. She was one of the kindest, most welcoming, and generous people we have had the pleasure of knowing and we will miss her dearly. Rest in paradise, Elaine, until we meet again.
