We wanted to thank all the kids who have attended both teen group and Anti-bullying group this year. We especially wanted to thank these members for constantly coming our meetings. VFRC has been busy in the community educate farm workers on COVID-19 and the importance of social distancing, wearing mask and testing. Today they distributed cleaning kits, face mask, and $25 gift cards to Food 4 Less to 40 agricultural workers.

Tulare County health officials announced the availability of COVID-19 mobile testing sites to provide community-based testing in rural and underserved communities of Tulare County. For the month of November, mobile COVID-19 testing will be available in the communities of Springville, Poplar, Earlimart, Badger, Farmersville, and Visalia. We are very sad that we were not able to do our annual Special Lives Without Limits event. However, Jamey Erwin-Nottoli is here to teach everybody how to make the Halloween sensory bags that she makes for the sensory play area each year. We hope you enjoy creating your own sensory play bags with your kiddos!

Parenting Network made a delivery to all of the agricultural workers at Foot Hills Farm. Bags of essential supplies and resources were delivered to everyone. Thank you Foot Hills Farm agriculture workers for all that you do!
