My third batch of Keto Cinnamon Toast Crunch like cereal. I made the dough last night and wrapped it in plastic wrap and stored it in the fridge. Then I folded the parchment paper to the size of my cookie sheet. Keto dough is sticker than flour dough and instead of using another piece of parchment paper I used the plastic wrap under my wooden rolling pin. After rolling it out you put it into the freezer for 10 minutes then straight into the oven.
