Consistency. Reps. Doing the right things over and over and over again... Condition your body and your mind, create good muscle memory! I ask my Q’s every week, how many of you did towel drills, ghost throws, or any type of reps to build good muscle memory? and the answers are always mixed. I’ll leave this here. If NFL QB’s practice their reps without a ball, you should probably be doing the same! #NFL @ryan_matt02

Happy Father’s Day Pops and Mario! Thank you for being the best Papa and Nono we could ask for. You both will never truly understand how much you’re loved by all of us. And thank you @francesca.panelli for giving me Enzo (and Giada here soon). Becoming a dad was truly the best feeling in the world @ Newman, California

Mario De... My Father In Law, the kids Daddyo, Enzo and Nellie's Nono, and Vicki's "Sniff". It's hard to accept the fact that we said our final goodbye's to you last weekend. You were a hell of a man, a damn good husband/dad, and you took in Nolan and Me like we were your own. I am forever in debt to you for everything you've done for me (some not by choice lol) like driving up to Eugene and helping me move home from Oregon, allowing me to stay at your house while ours was be...ing built for 6 months, or even putting up ceiling fans upon asking, and many many more. But NEVER one time did you ever turn me down! You were always there for us, with the biggest damn heart, smile, and laugh that anyone ever knew. You've left a hell of a legacy Mario, and some damn big shoes to fill. But Dom, Nolan, and myself will hold it down for the girls and the kids from here on out We're gonna miss the hell out of you Mario and I wish we didn't have to say goodbye this soon but all I can say is THANK YOU for all you did, for being apart of my life, and for being the best Father In Law I could ask for, and the best Nono to Enzo and Nellie!
