Better to be lucky than good. . RCT + internal bleaching. Preop scan definitely helped. I’ll take check scans PRN if necessary.

Pt had biting symptoms for the past two years, worsening recently. Originally referred for 31, symptoms localized to 30. DMR fracture. PN/SAP. @ Pacific Endodontics

Trying to buy time with this case. Well behaved 13 yo about to start ortho. Considered ext 19 and mesializing 18 but we decided to retain 19 and to extrude it orthodontically.

Calcified-ish FCTD. Gouged a bit finding the mesials.

6m fu. Healing in 2d. Still have a ways to go in 3D.

Pretty happy with how this case turned out. teleporting puff and all.

Haven’t done an alloy in so long. PN/SAP. pt had nice gold inlays, hence the resto decision.

Short 7m fu. Kind of surprised the db gained so much bone. No perio intervention, only endo.

Couldn’t find an mb2 initially but caught it as I was obturating the other three. Even though it was staring me in the face the whole time, sometimes a different perspective is all I needed.

Yesterday’s last case. Another long tooth.
