Then we installed footings for this free standing pergola that included some electrical outlets and also a ceiling fan for those warm days! The roof is a solid 3 insulated roof with a custom gable. One of our favorite jobs to date! in this month long job we built nearly 500sf of retaining wall with a stucco finish, demo and poured approx 1500 sf of concrete, installed approx 2000 sf of wood plank style tile on new concrete and existing steps, addressed drainage issues, and left the job as if we weren’t even there.
