I wanted to share a customer service experience that took place this past Saturday. One of our on-call account managers (we are available 24-7) received a call at 5:15pm PST from a current client stating that they needed several items for a trade show and their other supplier was not going to be able to have them delivered in time as the show started the next day at 11am in Phoenix. They asked if we could put together the items and have them delivered to their hotel by 10a...m the next day. Of course, we said no problem, however we could not get a flight out and it was going to take a few hours to get the items completed. Around 9pm that evening we were off to Phoenix for the overnight drive and we personally delivered all items to our client by 9:30am Sunday Morning. We had a very happy client and once again, Pacful stepped up! When you chose Pacful as your vendor, we immediately put ourselves in the mindset that all employees of Pacful are a part of our client’s team!
