Your kids will love it, your loved ones will love it, even your next-door neighbor’s will love it and they will never, ever know that you tricked them into drinking something incredibly healthy and good for them! INGREDIENTS: 2 small pink lady apples, cripps pink apple or any sweet apples of choice 3 stalks celery... cup baby carrots or a large carrot 1 cup of frozen berries juice of a fresh lemon 10 drops liquid stevia optional 1 cup cold filtered water DIRECTIONS: Feed apples, celery, and carrots through a fruit juicer &/or juice extractor (should make about a cup or so of juice). Add extracted juice, frozen berries, lemon juice, half a cup of water, and stevia drops to a blender and pulse until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add the remaining water. Enjoy!

If you want a healthy and easy side dish then this Asian Cucumber Salad is perfect for you! It has sliced cucumbers, colorful veggies, tossed with zesty sesame dressing that makes you crave for more! INGREDIENTS 3 cups cucumbers peeled, seeded and sliced 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced... 1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped for the dressing: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 2 teaspoons honey 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or sliced green onion 1 tablespoon sesame seeds salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Place the cucumbers, red onion and red bell pepper in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, cilantro and sesame seeds. Taste and add salt and pepper if desired. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
