Family bonding, conversation, exercise, yoga, meditation, art, music, and religious and spiritual practices are go...od starting points. Don’t let fear and anxiety become pandemics, too. In these stressful times, it’s important to try to manage our own anxiety and do our best not to pass it on to others.

Many adults are working full-time, helping kids keep up with remote schoolwork, providing care to older family members, dealing with financial stressors, and balancing other responsibilities. We are absolutely living through an uncommon time that's placing a lot of challenge on people One suggestion is to find ways to connect what is important. Such as, ...involving kids in helping you to prepare a meal could be an opportunity for them to together learn about math or nutrition or to move their bodies a little bit. Another idea, if you have a conference call, maybe think about taking that call outside, and letting your kids play at the same time. I also think it's important to acknowledge that this may not be achievable for everyone and to remember that these circumstances are temporary. Try to make the best of this situation we are all in together.
