Click farms are very real. If you ever boosted a facebook business ad, and got a lot of "visits" to see your ad, but saw no real customers, it's likely that it came from a click farm, which is a way of making a particular post/ad/video/whatever seem more popular than it actually is, by generating hundreds, or thousands, of likes/votes/etc from devices dedicated just for that purpose. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Click_farm

We'd like to thank all our customers for their patience during this unusually busy time. We have had a couple concerns about jobs not being done in the "estimated time". We apologize that we cannot always have the job done within the exact time frame that we estimate, but the time frame is just that, an estimate. Sometimes we do have jobs that get done sooner, and others that get done later. We have introduced some options to try and ease the burden 1) We can put you in the q...ueue ahead of time. If your computer is still usable (for example, you just want to get an upgrade done), we can create a ticket for you and call you when your turn is coming up. 2) If you absolutely know that your computer needs something specific, like a new screen, we may be able to order it ahead of time by taking an e-deposit. Please note that we do still recommend a diagnostic, especially in the case of a dropped laptop, as it can also affect the hard drive, which in some cases will also have to be replaced. 3) We have a rush fee which typically guarantees to get the job on the bench and a diagnostic started within 24 hours. We try to limit these types of jobs to 2-4 per day depending on the nature of the work, so that we don't hold up other jobs waiting in the queue. This service is an additional $60 and DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SAME DAY FIX. This simply guarantees that you'll get a diagnostic report back much sooner than waiting in the normal queue. 4) We have remote support options which are typically much quicker (1-3 day callback time, if not same day). Often times, this can also save money. 5) We have on site services which are billed by the hour, but are usually scheduled much sooner than waiting on the in house repair queue. Please note that, depending on the nature of the issue, this is not always the ideal for certain types of repairs. 6) If all else fails, ask us for a referral! We're in touch with competent techs who may be able to help you sooner! We are putting in Saturday/Sunday hours and bringing on more techs as fast as we can. We thank you all for your patience
