OPTEC International, Inc. Signs Exclusive UVC LED Disinfecting Light Distribution Agreement for California

OPTI OTC Markets status: Company today posted annual and quarterly reports through December 31, 2019 on OTC Markets portal bringing the Company to current status in its filings with OTC Markets. Company expects stop sign removal and Pink Current status within the next few days.

The Company today received the OTC IQ access information from OTC Markets. This will enable the Company to start updating company information, financials, and news on the OTC Markets Portal. This will further enable the Company to return to OTC Pink Current status shortly.

OPTEC, today, takes delivery of the first two solar powered generators and telescopic light towers.

OPTEC International, Inc., yesterday, reached an amicable settlement agreement with the largest remaining note holder which will help reduce the Company’s outstanding convertible notes balance significantly.

OPTI OTC Markets status: Company awaits approval and codes issuance from OTC which will allow Company to upload Q's and return to OTC Pink Current status. Application filed Dec 26. Unfortunately, we have no control over OTC processing and it is taking longer than we anticipated.
