OTI’s Response to Racial Injustice: The Olive Tree Initiative stands in solidarity with the black community. We support the nationwide efforts to secure justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, and Nina Pop, and vow to work harder to deepen our own understanding and reaffirm our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity. We encourage our students and community members to do the same as we mourn and work towards a better future.
