As we prepare for this evenings second night of being open for outdoor dining, we start with our fresh pasta like we do everyday... ... From flour to pasta when we finish making one days worth, we prepare for the next. This simple process is not quite so simple, it takes decades to master the perfect consistency of each noodle. However, the key to mastering this process is in moving forward each and everyday. And so we do the same, it has been so challenging for us to serve you to-go only, because we know it takes away from the experience we work so hard to create for you everyday. Fresh ingredients are the gatekeeper to authenticity of the palette and are the utmost important reason to keep going forward and keep innovating. From Chef Erik’s handmade #gnocchi to his #tagliatelle he has many homemade pastas to choose from with fresh prepared sauces to compliment each dish.
