Save the Children students at Landers Elementary school got the opportunity to stop by and pick up STEM kits and say a quick hello to Santa today. Landers Elementary

Students who participate in the Save the Children program at Palm Vista Elementary School, had a special treat this evening. Students were invited to drive-thru and pick up STEM Kits. They also had a special visitor when they arrived.

? Red Ribbon Week started after the death of Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Enrique Kiki Camarena, who in 1985 was murdered by drug traffickers. We are excited to kick off Red Ribbon week next Monday! Red Ribbon Week is the nation’s oldest and largest drug prevention awareness campaign. Today, millions of people celebrate across the country. Next week, many schools throughout the district will be hosting their own Red Ribbon Week themed days, along with a district wide campaign. : The Morongo Unified School District recently put out a survey to you regarding our tentative plans to reopen schools on January 19, 2021. As you are aware, that is three months away and the COVID conditions may change. As the reopening grows closer, you can expect an additional survey based on the COVID conditions at that time. The MUSD has a re-opening plan that is posted on our district’s website. It answers many questions and addresses COVID-related issues.
