If you have unused Disney World Tickets and would like to return them, it must be done by August 28, 2020. Email [email protected] or come into ITT on Thursdays from 7am-4pm. You must bring the tickets so ITT can look them up in the system. If you have used one day on any multi-day ticket, you will have to go through that park to get refunded. ... Disneyland tickets are extended through December 16, 2021 with black-out dates of 12/19/20 - 1/4/21 and 3/26/21-4/11/21. if you are unable to visit by December 16, 2021, Disney will allow guest to apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
