Oasis is OPEN for business daily from 10 AM - 12 Midnight. We're excited to see everyone and start slinging some spirits and firing up the grill! We will be following strict social distancing procedures which will be clearly marked. Thank you for understanding and welcome back! Thanks for hanging in there, friends! It's official -- we will be OPENING this Wednesday from 10 AM - Midnight. We will be practicing social distancing, limiting capacity, and following sanitation procedures. We can't wait to see you again! Thanks for bearing with us as we navigate reopening with restrictions!

UPDATE 5/15 After much thought and consideration, we have decided to not reopen this Saturday. After reviewing the new restrictions we believe we will not be ready and apologize for jumping the gun on this one. When we do reopen we want to do it the right way for the safety of both our employees and for you wonderful people! We will post an update when we are ready to open. Thank you for your support and we can't wait to see you all soon!

UPDATE 5/14 We have been given the clear to open up once again this Saturday, May 16th! We will be full-service with food and drink and limiting occupancy to around 50 people, which is 25% of our capacity, keeping up with the criteria set by the Butte County Health Department. We ask that you wear a face mask before entering the building. If you do not have a face mask we will not be able to let you in. We can't wait to see you all again! Is it Saturday yet?

Happy Thirsty Thursday! Since you’re stuck inside, let’s learn how to make an amazing old fashioned! You'll need: 1 sugar cube (or 1 bar spoon simple syrup) 2 dashes Angostura bitter 2 ounces rye or bourbon... Orange twist Step 1: Muddle the sugar cube and bitters with one bar spoon of water at the bottom of a chilled rocks glass. (If using simple syrup, combine bitters and one bar spoon of syrup.) Add rye or bourbon. Stir. Step 2: Add one large ice cube, or three or four smaller cubes. Stir until chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds. Slip orange twist on the side of the cube. Enjoy!

Mother's Day is this Sunday! Here's the recipe for a "Mom-tini" which we think all the mothers and mother figures out there could use right about now! 2 oz. Pomegranate Juice 2 oz. vodka Splash of fresh lime juice... 1 oz. chilled NUVO Sparkling Liqueur 1 orange Combine pomegranate juice, vodka, lime juice and liqueur in a mixing glass. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with spiraled orange peel. See more
