Oakland Service Course

I'm in the process of moving out of my shop space, and my home. I think I've found a new place to live, hoping to have it locked down soon. Still not taking in new projects, and still figuring out the future. If I do continue the business it will require some real changes that I'm still working out. Honestly I'd love to get back to a regular job with a w2, something that ends when I go home for the day. Getting out of my space is a difficult but necessary change and I'm happy to be untethering myself from it, in a bittersweet kind of way. Just wanted to let you all know I'm still alive and ok, I know I've been pretty quiet on IG lately. Anyway, here's a gravel build I did. Bikes. That's what you're all here for.

@whiteind t11s hand laced with Sapim Lasers to @velocityusa Quill rims. Normally these rims don't come in a brushed silver, high polish only. Managed to convince Velocity to do a one off set. I like it.

A brand new build and paint on a well loved frame. Paint by d&d in San Lorenzo (I don't think he's on IG), frame by @shufflerepeat, headbadge by @jengreenheadbadges. I built the old @whiteind hubs to their new rims, helped the customer hone in on a build with some old parts and some new ones, ordered everything to make sure it all worked (non flat mount brakes aren't a stock option with force eTap), and did the assembly.
