Scams from Microsoft, Apple and general tech support in general are common claiming that your computer is infected affecting their networks and they're trying to help. NEVER open any attachments or links from them, both companies will NEVER call you. NEVER provide any personal information to verify your identity, if they claim to be a legit company call them back on their main li...nes. NEVER call numbers you find in a Google Search claiming to be Microsoft support, AT&T support or anything. You need help from AT&T, open their official website and get the number from there. You need to call Bank of America, open their website or call the number on the back of your card. These scammers get your permission to control your computer and start implanting spyware or other forms of infections to control your machine and either benefit form ads or directly ask you for money for their service or take-over your machine hostage.
