We are hiring: looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join our team! Duties and Responsabilities Plan and execute the North America sales strategy of European manufacturers of consumer products and industrial products or technologies:... - Understand products and technology applications, functionality and technical specifications - Understand products positioning in the market and competitor scenario in order to develop sales strategies to bring new products or technologies to the market - Generate and monitor sales budgets and forecasts - Recruit and manage direct customers and house/key accounts - Recruit and manage brokers and/or distributors - Manage all aspects of after sales support and technical service in North America - Maintain and manage communication and information flow with European principals/manufacturers -Traveling required in North America and Europe Necessary Skills - Excellent understanding of the sales process both directly and through independent sales organizations - Excellent customer service attitude - Understanding of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems is a plus - Solid knowledge and use of Window-based computer software - Bicultural mindset and work experience: North America - Europe/South America - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or significant long-term experience in a similar position is a plus Please send resume and cover letter to [email protected]
