Plaintiff is a disabled senior who was injured on a Riverside Transit Agency bus due to the negligence of the RTA and the bus company it contracts with to operate public transit in Perris, CA. The defendants refused to accept responsibility for the accident, and refused to make any meaningful offer to resolve the case before Trial. Instead, defendants foolishly expressed the desire to gamble that a Riverside jury would not place any value on Plaintiff's injuries.
