The Community Promotion Commission has voted and results are in for the winners of the Light Up Norwalk program! The Norwalk City Council will comment on Light Up Norwalk and recognize the winning participants at the next council meeting on February 2 at 6:00 p.m. Special presentation’s Council comments usually happen within the first 15 minutes of a council meeting.
