Join us on Tuesday, November 12 at 11:00am for the Ribbon Cutting at the Northwoods Park Playground. The new playground replaced an old donated playground that the District received from BURGER KING some 20 years ago. Inspiration for the replacement and design of the new playground came directly from children ages 3-12 living in and around the surrounding neighborhood and those children will be present and recognized at the ribbon cutting. ... This event is open to the public and will include presentations from local dignitaries, a ribbon cutting ceremony and a Free BBQ Hot Dog Lunch provided by McKiernan Realty.
