North Star Wellness Center

North Star Wellness Center will be working with families who are currently in the immigration court process seeking asylum and live in rural areas with limited resources. We wanted to reach out for urgent assistance for the upcoming holidays. Our Participants children do not have the access to donations for toys/clothing for the holidays since they live in the surrounding areas of Fresno. We are kindly reaching out to the community to get theses some holiday gifts. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns

To everyone trick or treating on Halloween please remember that behind the door you are about to knock on there could be a person who is scared to answer the d...oor, maybe a pensioner afraid to open it or a Domestic violence survivor scared it could be their ex or a person with P.T.S.D or maybe someone scared of the outside world with anxiety or whatever. If someone has Halloween decorations up and/or a pumpkin on the doorstep then go ahead, but leave the unlit, quiet houses alone and you will make someone's Halloween more bearable this year.
