2 1/2 weeks left...... intervals are so important to keep working throughout your pregnancy, the exercise choices I put may have changed put still want to cause the same effect. Lets be honest labor is a whole bunch of horrific intervals Today’s upper body finisher was 30sec work 30 sec rest between battling ropes and walls. Low impact but highly effective. #9months #almostdone #noexcuses #pregoworkouts #pregofitness

So nice to have a buddy today to keep the workout fun, Legs are spent. This was one combo from today Leg press paired with db deadlift Straight leg deadlifts are uncomfortable since the belly gets in the way but for those pregnant a wider stance can help. ... #almostdone #35weekspregnant #8months See more

Bulgarian split squats one of my fav lower body moves that should def be added to your routine , even though they are way harder these days I’ve had to drop down in weight but since I’m packing on an extra 35 these days I guess These legs are getting lots of resistance # #8monthsprego

I seriously hate cooking, I’m just so lazy, the chopping and cleaning up .... ughhh, but I love having food prepped. So quick eats like tonight’s stir fry is my jam. If you like spice give this a go I sautéed jalapeños and green onion and garlic before adding in the chicken. Then after veggies are all in add in pepper and cayenne then drizzled honey all over.

Pluses to not being able to go to the gym and forced to do outdoor workouts... -baby naps -dog gets walked - workout gets in -workin on the tan Oh but I so miss lifting heavy but still making it work, packed some bands and sand bell and did this circuit at the park.... 1) walking lunges 2) baby rows band 3) slam burpee 4) bear crawl 3x

Doing a garage workout in the middle of summer isn’t all that fun but I gotta make due with what I got. The little one takes maybe a 20-30 min nap so I rush to accomplish a super speedy workout. I gotta say anxiously anticipating her waking up makes me move quicker. Workout: 30sec work/ 20 sec rest -push press -plank row - lateral raise- back fly... - bear step through -side plank 3 rounds ..... then she’s up #8weekspostpartum See more

Top fav core moves throughout pregnancy! The goal throughout for me was to keep pain away especially since I have severe scoliosis and keep as much strength as possible as this belly grew. During the first trimester I still continued regular planking variations but as my belly grew I tried to avoid moves that would exaggerate the pulling of the belly and coning towards the floor. *now these aren’t just for momma to be moves these were always staples but these were moves I ke...pt throughout my 40+weeks( and yes as I write this I’m still cooking) -side planks these were great from beginning to the end. -deadbugs- your spine should stay in a neutral position if you feel pain in your lower back regress to not lowering your legs as far to the floor, and also if your doc says you can’t be on your back too long. I was fine to till the end. - single arm presses or pull downs- yes this is a shoulder or back move but you are also working on stabilizing that torso as you work through that press. I incorporated moves like this throughout my whole workout so your core training the whole time. - kneeling chops and anti rotations Tag your favorite prego in your life that could use this #fitpregnancy #pregoworkouts See more

#40weeks and ready to have this girl out, but trying to get all the training I can in while I can since going to an actual gym will be a luxury once she is here. -deadlifts have always been a staple in my routines, and every since becoming pregnant I’ve made adjustments along the way not eliminate them, sometimes lowering the weight and now with this growing belly I do a wider stance with a sumo deadlift. #pregoworkouts
