NCCC is pleased to gift our community of friends, families, past and present singers with the premiere of our 2020 Holiday Concert Memories. Singers will find themselves in images from years past and hear music performed from several holiday concerts. So gather your friends and family members by letting them know they can watch the concert at the same time. Many thanks to our talented photographer and editor for gifting us with this wonderful memory.

A delightful bit of history and a heart warming story.
December + Pandemic + too cold to rehearse outside = teaching online
It's 2020 and holiday concerts did not happen this year. So, we created a memory! The setting is where we rehearse when it is not too cold or raining. Yes, cars and all in the background. Our accompanist is there but out of the picture. This will be something these singers can show their children and grandchildren of how they sang through the pandemic of 2020.
Our mission at the Northern California Children's Chorus is to inspire young singers to become confident performers, excellent musicians, and culturally aware individuals. Currently, Covid-19 has put us in a place of singing and learning together online. Your support will help keep our singing alive both now and in the future. If you are a singer or have been a singer, you know how valuable an experience it is for all children and youth to be a part of a choir.... Donations are important to any and all non-profit organizations this year. Thank you for being a generous donor on #GivingTuesday. Click here to donate now. https://bit.ly/39u7Pti

One of our Online Classes for Young Singers does one final sing-a-long as we finished the Friends Sing! session. Singing with Mrs. Britts and Mrs. Van Hoy is a lot of fun, even online!
Bel Canto rehearses and performs outside now. The cars provide a constant noise, singing with masks is not easy, and being outside is challenging to hear one another. But we don't mind because we get to sing together! Please take note of their amazing energy and yes, those are smiles behind those masks. Enjoy their beautiful music and then share with your friends. Singing can not be hushed by masks, by restricitions, or by Covid. We just keep singing!
Something beautiful to share on a Sunday afternoon. This young man's voice is pure and unaffected. Please enjoy and share with your young singers. And yes, boys do sing high!
Calling all young singers who love to sing! Come sing with us every Thursday afternoon this month from 4 - 5pm! Our next online class for young singers starts Thursday, October 8th. Sing songs about falling leaves, pumpkins and harvest. Play games as we learn music reading skills. Come sing with us! Usually, cell phones are kept away during rehearsals. Until you need them to see your music! Bella Voce was rehearsing last night when it started getting darker faster than I had expected. We persevered by pulling out cell phones and continued to sing with our masks on, safely distanced, lit up by our phones! Nothing like a little Christmas music in September!
