This month, we are featuring our friends over at @srdistilled in our Light Rum Pina Colada donut! Shadow Ridge Spirits Company is a small, veteran-owned company consisting of Sean and his wife . This is a part-time venture for us. Sean is a former Navy Surface Warfare Officer and currently work as a Federal Civilian Employee for the Department of Navy. His wife teaches high school. They spend most weekends at the distillery. Shadow Ridge Spirits Company specializes in premi...um small-batch, hand-crafted spirits. Our whiskies are 100 percent grain to glass and are aged in American White Oak barrels. We currently offer Bourbon, Rye, Peated Single Malt, and an American Single Malt. All of our whiskies feature unique grain bills that include specialty grains and malted barley. They are aged in charred oak barrels, which enhance the grain flavors and helps to develop vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon flavors. See more

We’re back to our 7am-2pm Thursday to Sunday schedule this week. We also have Happy Hour from 12pm-2pm with $2 off beers and BOGO mimosas! Everyone else in the crew tested negative so it was an isolated incident with one of team member being exposed outside the shop. That team member had minor symptoms and is fine. We’ll be cleaning and prepping the next couple of days and hope to see you this weekend. Thank you for your continued support!!!
