This week, we are beginning our 5-WEEK NOMAD CLEANUP! The goal: lose fat & get healthier overall To accomplish this & more, follow these steps:... 1 Come to class! Every session will include a few rounds of H.I.I.T. 2 Order ‘The Nomad Clean Up’ signature fat burning menu from @urbancrunchmealprep. 3 Home 15min Nomad Fat Burn workouts (daily is best) Download @thenomadworkout on iPhone/iPad if you haven’t yet & activate your free month of premium! Then, on your ‘TRIBE’ page, search for and follow me Hunter. Once I accept your follow, you can play my no-equipment 15 minute HIIT workouts, that I will be posting EVERY DAY! If you are NOT a gym member... Don’t worry! We won’t see you in class, but following steps 2, 3 & 4 will help you make a massive change. Come in on Wednesday nights to pick up your food. What posture are you stuck in for most of your day? Perhaps seated, shoulders rolled forward, chin down? Identify the OPPOSITE pose, and spend some time there to provide yourself with CONTRAST. In the case of chronic postures and resultant chronic discomfort, ***contrast = recovery & prevention***
INTERMITTENT FASTING MADE SIMPLE Paired with sufficient nutrition, longer periods of fasting have been shown to improve: immune function blood sugar regulation ability to lose fat and gain muscle... brain health cardiovascular health For us, the goal of fasting is not to eat less, but instead to consume our calories during a shorter window of time There are many methods, but a great way to ease into the practice is 17 hours of fasting + 7 hours of allowed eating Choose any 7 hour window and only consume calories during that time Outside of the feeding window, drink lots of water If you begin to enjoy the 17+7 protocol, consider trying an even shorter feeding window There are many methods to elicit the benefits of fasting, DM us to discuss!
