Confluent Medical Technologies launches the High-Performance Nitinol Tubing Center of Excellence and has acquired Tube Hollows International to now offer the most comprehensive selection of Nitinol Tubing for high-performance implants. Read more about the two companies coming together.

We've expanded our Medical Textile R&D and Rapid Prototyping services, with goals of on-time delivery and better lead times for customers. Rapid prototyping services are offered for Confluent Medical’s core strengths in braiding, weaving, knitting, and non-woven, with expanded capabilities and dedicated equipment and resources for Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) Braiding and Fine Denier Weaving.

Confluent Medical Technologies has published the first part of an animal study in collaboration with the FDA to understand the effects of oxide layer composition on corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of Nitinol medical devices.

We're proud of our Confluent Medical Team for its support of the Second Harvest Food Bank, where our Team sorted and helped to distribute over 8500 lbs of food, and the Lupus Foundation of Northern California, an organization near and dear to our hearts, as one of our very own Confluent family members was this year's Honoree at the Drumbeat For A Lupus Cure 5K Run & Walk. Our Team raised over $15k for the event with over 100 participants. We'd like to recognize our Team for their generous contributions and efforts to support our communities and fellow employees.
