That means that we won’t only focus on your diet and nutrition, but every facet including relationships, physical activity, career and spirituality. Each of us has a unique bio-individuality and that means one answer may be right for you, but not for me. With my Medical Cannabis Certification we can also ...explore other options to help with some of these areas and how and why cannabis can help, or inhibit your processes. I’m also working on my certification in personal training to help with the ‘physical activity’ part But you can always find me at the gym or at a local hiking trail with my dog if you ever need a buddy or partner to get the blood flowing and any accountability you may be seeking.
