The start of my project actually i'm weeks in it but it was mostly digging a footing for a well needed extention for home owner and his fam i will keep you posted on progress please share this with your people #ShareWithPride

You be surprise what a lil maintenence would do for your floors not only does it bring them back to looking buetiful but also prolongs the life of the wood its important to maintain hardwood it will save you money in the long run so call for estimate for a buff and coat or a wax

Some flooring jobs some engineered glue down some reg laminate,some tile raised foundation repairs,distressed, some refinishing with stain some natural just to give you an idea how versatile i can be

This the results of hard work and long days but at thg he end of the job its all worth it

OMG he was just the cutest babie man they grow up so fast before you know it thery are grown and staring thrte life so cherish every moment capture it on camera or video

Ok this is the project that i was sopposed to be done by now but had a.few road bumps but i should be done with it in the next day or so doing finishing touches

This is ny baby boy hes name is Jaydon and hes the 1 if the 5 reason i change my life right now hes not home theres a sad fucked uo story behind why hes not where hes heart is and the main reason that hes not with me is because hes mom

Small kitchen and dining room i belive it was about 300 sw feet demo old tiles where kitchen and dinning room met there was about a 1/4 inch difference in hight thats why old tile was broken on that area instslled nee new ceramic tile patern it like wood flooring random pattern always beast my opinion anyways

1st impression is always important this stair case is in tne entry way of this two story single family home in Reseda iam refinishing and reinforcing the handrail all steps and risers refinishing front door bothsides painting the entry upstairs walkway livingroom theres 18 feet high ceiling there

When i first saw this staircase i saw what it should look like at first thing you see walking into the front door the whole left side was literally holding inplace by the urathaine that they use the spindles were out of place in some areas the landing banister wasnt installed properly they didnt bolt it to hand rail nothing not even one nail luckily the home owner doesnt have any small kids cause it could of been disastrous

New project sraircase the whole left side hand rail is loose the guy who was hired to install it drill the whole for spindle way to deep and to big had i pin nail holding the spindle in place anyways costumer (Felix) want to refinish the steps but cant make up hes mind on color iam painting the whole rail entry living room upstairs walkway front door this project is totally different from my last which its good keep your skills sharp so if you like the work i do your going to love this one
