Basic service- The assessment- 1. Your goals.... 2. What Pilates can do for YOU. The ABC's & 123's. 3. Spinal alignment assessment. 4. Joint system systematically evaluated for injuries. 5. Foot imprint and gait evaluation. The lesson- after the assessment, I will implement an exercise routine that is comparable to physical therapy with a twist. It is up to you to tell me how and what your feeling so I can listen to the body for what it wants and actually needs to proportion itself into equilibrium. It takes a few lessons sometimes to learn the language and rhythms of the body. Each body is so different yet the same. We speak the same language when it comes to that. I hope all that makes sense

Inexpensive Fitness for all!!!

I'm doing a $5 Pilates Mat class this Sunday at my home. It's a mixed level class that is perfect for beginners or advanced students. One class at 9am and the other at 11am. Please RSVP If there is a better time please suggest it. I have room for 6 people to a class. If you commit to 4 Sunday's I'll sell them to you for $4 each($20) you'll need to bring a yoga or Pilates Mat. It will be hard!
