Our class Welcoming a Baby During COVID-19 is this Saturday Saturday March 13th at 2 pm. Natural childbirth is best welcomed by parents feeling connected, settled and grounded. We are now offering a no-cost monthly Zoom group to help expecting mothers/couples with understanding and tools to finding their own natural rhythms, health and centeredness to support natural birth in these uncertain times. These same tools can help parents work together toward harmony and mutual support, meeting the challenges of the first months with a newborn as well.
