True sign of the times: I had a scheduled final inspection last Friday for a kitchen remodel we had completed. As routine, we always call our inspectors in the morning for their arrival window. He informed me that he was currently not permitted to enter any homes. ... Unsurprisingly, this was due to COVID 19 virus. I asked him what this meant for our customers’ inspection...he said I will have to make a video with (my) phone and send to (him) for review. After filming the listed request from him, I sent the video off. To which, he called me 20 minutes later to complement me on the information sent. This process went better than he had expected at least. Our final inspection passed with no further requests. It’s nice to see people working together through all of this and trying to keep life rolling the best we can. It’s not easy being in this situation. We can make it through together one step at a time.

Check out this beautiful transformation! This is a 1940’s East Sacramento home. Everything in the kitchen space was still original when we had first met with our customers. The couple called us, the right team for remodeling their kitchen into the elegant space they deserve. The greatest impact of our new layout in this space involved expansion of (3) rooms to (1) large kitchen space. There were (3) *load bearing* walls which had been removed. ... Our work was all-inclusive and included the finest materials throughout. The layout design, CAD plans and custom cabinets were provided by Sara at Cabinetry Connection, Inc. This included a unique crown molding designed and assembled in their remodel. Our team installed all cabinets including the large hood assembly with a specialty hood venting system. *~*~Following code ensures your project is safe and will stand the test of time~*~* All work was up to building code and was fully permitted at the property; with drawings and design work included.
