Giving you guys a glimpse of my life on the road If you didn’t know. I do #Vanlife I live in 90sq ft with my boyfriend. everything I own fits in my van and I prefer to live a very minimal life style ... You may be wondering how I stay fit on the road. Here’s what I do I prioritize my work out first thing in the morning. I commit to drinking a minimum of 70oz of water a day I keep unhealthy foods out of the van and only have healthy options inside the fridge I’ll be honest, I’m always tempted with amazing food. The excitement of always being somewhere new and traveling through Mexico for many weeks at a time really does challenge your discipline and healthy lifestyle. I have some advice for you Stop the perfectionist mentality. If you’re unable to accomplish one of your health goals. Then focus on what you can control. Did you eat kinda crappy? Stop focusing on the negative and start focusing on the positive. At least you drank your 70oz of water and worked out. Look at the overall progress!
