This patient had a mini-lower facelift and necklift with a pinch lower eyelid blepharoplasty. There are many patients that come in that have early aging changes and instead of opting for fillers, they want to stay ahead of the curve and choose a mini facelift and necklift. This patient is an ex- model, and quite high-profile, yet she was kind enough to let us demonstrate her results. The results are subtle, but in particular, from the frontal view, there is definitely les...s laxity in the mid to lower face she just wanted to look more fresh and in her exam before the surgery at her consultation, there was certainly enough laxity that could be addressed and we decided together that I could obtain the subtle changes she desired.
