I know many of you are surrounded by stress and negativity.. it’s on our phones, on the news, inside our homes and work environments, even our relationships and friends bring stress and negativity into our lives. I remember meeting Angie, asking her what her goal was. Her response was, I want to lose X amount of lbs to get gastric surgery. I was like, WTF WHY???!!! Oh no, you can do this on your own. And YUPPP, she’s doing the damn thing.
