Putting out another call for volunteers. Our church's food distribution ministry will meet WEDNESDAY instead of Thursday this week due to a shift in the Sacramento Food Bank's schedule. This means we are even more short-handed for volunteers than usual, even though we're still serving over 400 households per week. If you are able-bodied, in the Sacramento area, and have 2-4 hours this Wednesday free to serve, please let us know!

New Hope Family, Even in these uncertain times we know that our God is in control and that our lives are in His hands. This is why He tells us to not worry but instead present your requests to Him. If we do that we will be filled with His amazing peace! (Phil. 4:6-7) May each one of us rest on that promise today! Here our church plans for the next few weeks or for however long we are encouraged to stay indoors. We are encouraging everyone to stay home and participate in th...e service by watching our service online. As you know, we have never live-streamed our service so please forgive us if we run into some glitches but our plan is to start our live-streamed service at 11am this Sunday Morning! A link for the livestream will be posted on the website prior to the service. If you do plan on being at New Hope for the 11am service please understand that there will be no kids church or Sunday School, there will be no snacks provided, the worship service will be about 1 hour in length, and we will practice social distancing. We are also encouraging all 4:19 groups not to meet for the time being. We know this really falls short of truly being able to worship physically with one another and so please understand that this is just a temporary fix.
